Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature and humidity controls in cold storage environments
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and record equipment readings daily
- Follow HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Operate inventory management systems for accurate stock tracking
- Perform sanitation and cleaning of storage areas
- Collaborate with team on efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F (-18-4°C) environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check
