Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Ensure FIFO rotation and quality control of perishable goods
- Adhere to HACCP and USDA sanitation standards
- Document temperature logs and equipment maintenance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in sub-zero environments (thermal gear provided)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
