Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners or computer terminals.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they are free of damage before packaging.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse to maintain an organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies regarding workplace safety.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Handle returns and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
