Responsibilities
- Safely operate refrigerated equipment and monitor temperature controls
- Inspect and maintain cold storage inventory using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in sub-zero environments
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision
- Conduct routine sanitation of storage areas and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and inventory documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
