Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the cold storage facility and to delivery trucks.
- Inspect products for damage or quality issues before storage.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines in extreme temperature environments.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of storage areas and equipment.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 20°F to 40°F.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
