Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain strict temperature control standards and monitor storage conditions to ensure product integrity.
- Perform daily inventory checks, stock rotation, and accuracy verification.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage environments is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
- Must be comfortable working in cold environments (below freezing temperatures).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
