Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in -10°F to 45°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move refrigerated products
- Inspect and document inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Perform sanitation and hygiene maintenance of storage areas
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient loading/unloading
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 7 AM shifts
