Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled storage facilities maintaining consistent 0°F to -20°F environments
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using provided hydraulic equipment
- Monitor inventory systems and conduct cycle counts in cold zones
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Maintain equipment sanitation and facility cleanliness standards
- Document temperature logs and safety compliance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with mechanical assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
