Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Train and lead 15+ warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance protocols
- Manage inventory control systems using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing 10+ team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
