Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Sort and organize products in the cold storage warehouse to ensure proper inventory rotation and accessibility.
- Monitor storage areas to ensure temperature controls are maintained within safety specifications.
- Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in temperatures below 35°F (2°C) for extended periods.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
