As a Warehouse Picker, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment process, ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently every day.
Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of items against packing slips to ensure 100% order correctness.
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
- Package and label items securely for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and unloading inbound stock when needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and digital pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
