Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items from inventory based on customer orders.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for timely shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (certification is a plus).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce errors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
