Responsibilities
- Pack products accurately into boxes and cartons to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing lists and customer requirements.
- Apply appropriate packaging materials, labels, and shipping documentation.
- Inspect products for defects and remove any damaged items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or retail stocking experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
