Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and record temperature logs to ensure strict compliance with safety and food safety regulations.
- Organize warehouse aisles, pallets, and shelves to maintain a safe and orderly storage facility.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile stock levels with management systems.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment (temperatures may drop below freezing).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred) or ability to obtain certification.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
