Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently in a refrigerated environment.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper storage temperatures are maintained.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior cold storage experience is required; we train the right candidates.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (freezer temperatures).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety labels and logs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
