As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and join a company that values its team members.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from vehicles.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
- Organize stockpiles, bins, and shelves to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damages immediately to the Shift Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
