Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Perform routine safety inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse workflows and meet production targets.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand pick tickets and inventory logs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
