Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise for accurate shipping and delivery.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accuracy.
- Inspect and report damaged goods or equipment issues immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate scanners and warehouse management software efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (loading docks).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- No criminal history required for this position.
