Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the temperature-controlled facility using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper temperature compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with all safety regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient workflow.
- Perform basic data entry and scanning of barcodes to track inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures below 40°F).
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide training!
