Responsibilities
- Verify and pick customer orders against sales invoices with 100% accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
