Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies to the team lead.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a simple drug screen.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
