Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and store refrigerated/perishable goods in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and warehouse equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in cold zones
- Collaborate with team members to optimize storage space and workflow
- Complete daily temperature logs and quality checks
- Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – all training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F and below) for extended periods
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and move continuously
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Way location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
