Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 15-20 team members through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain a zero-accident workplace
- Optimize space utilization and streamline material handling processes
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet KPIs for accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification required
