Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet performance targets
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Conduct regular audits and prepare operational reports for management review
- Coordinate with transportation and inventory teams for seamless logistics execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and warehouse processes
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in warehouse management software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime as needed
