Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Verify and document incoming/outgoing shipments against manifests
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
