Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package customer orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and cycle counting procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and conveyor systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 49 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid state ID or driver's license
