Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Load and unload refrigerated trucks following strict temperature protocols
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing certification training
- Monitor storage areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in refrigerated environments (32-40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to work site
