Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand, pallet jack, or forklift to ensure timely processing.
- Inspect merchandise for damages and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to accurately process inventory and track stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic data entry and documentation of shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
