Responsibilities
- Load and unload palletized freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and cold storage temperature regulations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Handle packaging materials and ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in extreme cold environments (-10°F to 40°F).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred but not always required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
