Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within 300,000 sq ft facility
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery using RF scanners
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS system
- Inspect and prepare shipments for transport, including proper labeling and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient with RF scanning technology or willingness to learn
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
