As a Warehouse Picker, you'll play a crucial role in our fast-paced distribution center, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining inventory precision. Our 2-week paid training program covers safety protocols, inventory systems (RF scanning), and material handling equipment operation.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after certification
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to earn forklift certification
