Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and maintain temperature-controlled inventory
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in cold environments
- Monitor warehouse conditions and report equipment malfunctions
- Follow HACCP protocols and safety procedures strictly
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods during handling
- Assist with inventory management using WMS systems
- Maintain accurate records of temperature logs and inventory counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in 32°F-40°F environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
