Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 30°F environments
- Manage inventory rotation using FIFO methods and barcode systems
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods upon receipt
- Maintain sanitation standards per USDA/HACCP protocols
- Document temperature logs and safety compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid OSHA-compliant PPE certification
- Basic inventory management software proficiency
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
