Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in cold storage units
- Perform inventory counts and documentation in compliance with FDA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment following strict safety protocols
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of storage areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
