Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move palletized products in and out of deep freeze and refrigerated storage units.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Follow strict safety protocols and food safety regulations (HACCP) at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F).
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or cold storage experience is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new inventory systems.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
