Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems safely
- Inspect and organize inventory using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas daily to prevent contamination
- Assist with loading/unloading refrigerated trailers efficiently
- Document inventory movements in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (30-45°F) for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
