Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load, unload, and move pallets of goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock in designated areas and assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Temperature Control: Monitor and record temperature logs to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipping.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, cold storage, or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
- License: Valid forklift operator certification (Class A/B/C) is a plus.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain accuracy in inventory handling.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours.
