Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and ensure they are correctly bagged and boxed.
- Label packages accurately and apply shipping labels according to carrier guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort and stage inventory for timely delivery to shipping docks.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate order verification.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
