Your Responsibilities
As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy and efficiency using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely, utilizing pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Sort, stage, and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
