Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they are properly packaged for shipment.
- Label packages correctly and scan them into the warehouse management system.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills for reading labels and order tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
