Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, freight, and materials efficiently and safely.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated storage areas.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Complete daily paperwork and digital inventory logs accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and invoices.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouse).
