Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely within the temperature-controlled facility.
- Monitor storage temperatures and report any deviations immediately.
- Organize and stock inventory to ensure efficient workflow.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification required).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (32°F and below).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Availability for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
