Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify order details against packing lists to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Label packages correctly and load them onto delivery trucks.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform quality control checks before dispatching orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk continuously.
- Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse software is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
