Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial vehicles (Class 1/3) safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately to maintenance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and proper documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure zero accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area organized and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment for all employees.
- Assist with general warehouse duties including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
