Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas, loading docks, and production lines.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory tracking and cycle counts.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime when necessary.
