Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
