Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve KPIs (OTIF, accuracy, labor efficiency)
- Train and mentor staff on safety procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards
- Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory control systems (WMS experience required)
- Collaborate with procurement and transportation teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective action plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in temperature-controlled environments
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (Manhattan, SAP, Oracle)
- Proven track record of reducing costs by 15%+ through process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
