Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members, ensuring performance standards are met
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory management systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in cold storage preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
