Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Manage and schedule warehouse staff, ensuring adequate coverage and high productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Lead training sessions for new hires on equipment usage and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize shipping and receiving schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS).
- Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
