Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Inspect and stage inbound/outbound shipments for quality compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and report workplace hazards
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule with overnight shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
